Hello there i have my peroid atm which is very rare for me havent had it in 2years today ive woken up with huge pain and feeli g sick but it seems to come in waves feeling fine to being crunched over in pain wanting to vommit is this a flu or to do with my period

Noted the history of delayed period with severe pain in abdomen feeling sick, comes in waves, wanting to vomit, wants to know whether this is flu or to do with periods...
Since your history is of missed periods with the severe pains and nausea, the first probable diagnosis that comes to mind is tubal pregnancy with rupture.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Rush to ER for urgent urinary pregnancy test.
Ultrasound of the abdomen to know the cause, whether ectopic pregnancy or something else as the ruptured ectopic pregnancy can be a life threatening condition.
Other tests of blood to see for anemia, kidney function and so on as per the clinical picture.
You may need an urgent operation to save from complications.
